MPs again failed to deprive economic development and trade minister Ihor Prasolov of parliamentary powers.
The relevant decision was supported by only 224 members of Parliament.
After the vote, speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak, speaking to MPs, said that "it is a violation of the Constitution".
