The Foreign Ministry recommends citizens of Ukraine - passengers of the AeroSvit Airlines, who find thenselves in a difficult situation abroad due to cancellation or delay of flights, to call to the foreign diplomatic mission or use the FM hot line.
"The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine recommends citizens of Ukraine abroad in emergencies to resort to foreign diplomatic missions in the host countries or directly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs via hot line - Tel.: +38 (044 ) 238-16-57, fax: +38 (044) 253-11-24, e-mail: [email protected],” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry press office informs.
The Ministry is continuously monitoring the situation with the citizens of Ukraine - passengers of the Aerosvit Airlines, and continues providing around the clock necessary assistance to those Ukrainians, who have found themselves in difficult situation abroad as a result of the cancellation or delay of flights.
