Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych appointed Andriy Nikolayenko as a head of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, ForUm learned from the press service of the head of state.
A relevant decree was published on the web site of the President on Wednesday.
Prior to the appointment, Nikolayenko served as the first deputy head of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration.
