Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has instructed first deputy Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov, finance minister Yuri Kolobov and incomes and fees minister Oleksandr Klimenko to normalize the payment system of local budgets by February 1, he said during the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, this is necessary to avoid disruptions in the cost of local communities.
Besides, the Prime Minister has instructed Serhiy Arbuzov and social policy minister Nataliya Korolevska to consider the budgets of social funds and to ensure the adoption of financial documents.
