The law "On protection of personal data" should not refer to the land owners, head of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine Serhiy Tymchenko told a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I think that the law on personal data should not work regarding the public cadastral map. Everyone has a right to know all the information about land plot, including its owner," he said.
According to him, the information about land owners is open in many countries.
