The government bill on wealth tax will be considered and adopted in 2013,
incomes and fees minister Oleksandr Klimenko told reporters before the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We will improve it, taking into account the principle of social justice. We will consider all the criticism and all wishes. I believe that the bill needs substantial revision for the wealth tax to really exist in Ukraine," he said.
Responding to clarifying question whether the Ministry will track income of citizens through Facebook, the minister said that this mechanism works in many countries, but it is impossible to introduce it in Ukraine now.
"In one of the interviews I really gave the example of how the British tax and customs service works. We say about the general declaration of incomes," the minister said.
