Old New Year will be cold, while Epiphany - warm

In the next few days, Ukraine will observe fluctuations in air temperature and insignificant precipitations, director of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center Mykola Kulbida told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

"We expect the precipitation intensity in the southern and eastern regions of Ukraine, where 5 -10 mm of snow will drop. The significant precipitations are not expected in other regions," the expert said.

According to him, tomorrow, on January 9, moderate snowfall will be in the eastern regions and Crimea. Kulbida noted that the temperature will drop.

He also said that during January 10-11, the precipitation will fall on the whole territory of Ukraine.

According to the director of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, on January 14-15, there will be cold weather, and the temperature will be -13-19 ° at night and -6-12 ° during the day, but on January 16-18, we will expect the next increase in temperature, which may continue till Epiphany.
