"Small and medium business is the middle class, and we need to create the conditions for its development," the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada said.
"My dream is that 60-70 percent of the Ukraine’s population could be called the middle class." According to the politician, on the other hand "the state should strongly support" the poor.
Leader of the Parliament considers necessary "to raise the minimum wage so that people can live a normal life, feel better and more confident."
"People should be able to develop their own business, earn sufficiently. This is the European standard. Then there will be worthy medicine, affordable education and social support. This is the guide for MPs and leadership of the state," the speaker said.
