Issue of introducing general declaring in Ukraine will be discussed with experts and the public, despite the fact that, by itself, this initiative is a modern and corresponds with European trends, incomes and fees minister Oleksandr Klimenko said before the Cabinet’s meeting.
"This is a modern idea, but it should be brought up for discussion. This applies to everyone, and we must find the best option (of income declaring - Ed.)," Klimenko said.
According to him, the scheme of the general declaring will be the same, as used by the State Tax Service during the work on the draft law on transfer pricing, which will be considered by the Parliament in January. In this regard, Klimenko assured that initiative to introduce general declaring of income will not be accepted without prior discussions with taxpayers.
