103 centers providing administrative services under the principle of "single window" have been set up in all major cities and regional centers, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said, opening the sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.

The Prime Minister noted that a number of paid administrative services are no longer provided since January 1, 2013. "For example, the information in the registry and other data bases administration are introduced free of charge. There is an automated access to the information, necessary to provide administrative services. The pilot project of the Unified State Portal of administrative services, as well as electronic circulation of documents used in their provision, has been created," the official said.

He added that as soon as the system is running at 100%, obtaining various information and statements, earlier taken several weeks and months, will be a matter of a few hours or even minutes. "These innovations will greatly simplify the life and work of legal entities and individuals in various fields," Azarov said.
