Law of employment signed by the Ukrainian President in August of 2012 came into force from January 1, 2013.

The law, in particular, provides a number of benefits, including the payment of single fee for employers that give job to youth, people over 50 or disabled for more than two years, providing them with proper wage.

The law also provides the introduction of incentives to increase the investment attractiveness of regions in order to create new jobs. Small business owners that employ people should receive a monthly compensation equal to the minimum premium, according to the norms of the law.

In turn, the unemployed will be able to retrain and re-educate at the expense of state.
