The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the decree on providing regions with flour and stabilizing bread prices, the Cabinet’s press service informs.
According to this document, it is proposed to continue supplying flour from the state intervention fund to the bakeries in accordance with the amount approved for the respective years.
"This procedure allows providing the regions with wheat and rye flour for making bread and bakery products, which are in very high consumer demand in the regions. The range of products shall be approved by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Kyiv and Sevastopol City State Administrations. In addition, the price for bread and bakery products shall be stabilized," the decree reads.
