The Cabinet of Ministers extended effect of the decree allowing the Agrarian Fund to sell the flour directly to the bakeries, first deputy agrarian policy and food minister Ivan Bisyuk told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the regions will be able to order the necessary amount of flour.
"The tripartite agreement among the company, state administration and the Agrarian Fund is being drawn up. A list of specific companies, which will get the flour, is also being compiled," he said.
