Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov asks Ukrainians to postpone out-of-town trips and advises citizens to use public transport.

"It’s better not to go by car, when there is such a difficult situation on the roads ... If you can, it’s better to postpone tourist trips, tours, holiday entertainment, especially with children. It’s better to use public transport in the city," PM has said during the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.

Azarov also said that "winter has just begun." He recalled that he had instructed to form the permanent operational headquarters to respond to crisis situations. The regional headquarters and regional structures have also been formed. “I require that such headquarters are established in all the cities," the head of the government has said.
