Data from the public cadastral maps can be used for making land transactions, director of the State Land Cadastre Center Andriy Tarnopolsky told a conference "Land reform: Implementation of the national cadastral system", ForUm correspondent reports.

"Data on the public cadastral map will be used in transactions by registrars and notaries on the fact of the existence of these areas," he stressed.

Presenting the map to reporters, Tarnopolsky said that anyone can find the required land plot on the map by a cadastral number. In addition, it will be possible to use search filters - names of regions, districts, towns. The official said that by using the map, it will be possible to measure the distance from one plot to another, calculate the area of the plot, as well as to print the information from the screen.
