Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak has apologized to Ukrainians for the fight in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The most popular topic in the society regarding the first two days of the session has been the brawl in the Parliament. I want to apologize to the Ukrainian electorate for the behavior of all those, who took part in this performance," he said.
Showing the German newspaper, Rybak said that the fight become the top-news not only of the domestic, but also of the world's leading media.
He stressed that such destructive elements affect the image of the country as a whole and the Parliament in particular. In addition, Rybak urged the MPs to be above party interests and work together, respecting each other.
