The interfactional union "For the promotion of freedom of conscience", headed by MP from the Party of Regions Hanna Herman has been formed in the Parliament, speaker Volodymyr Rybak has said, opening the Parliament’s sitting, ForUm correspondent reports.
Currently, 375 MPs are registered in the session hall.
