The Emergencies Ministry has organized 210 heating points due to a decrease in temperature, deputy director of the department for rescue forces of the Emergencies Ministry Mykola Chechetkin told a briefing.
"The Emergencies Ministry has established 210 warm points providing assistance to more than one thousand people," he said.
In Kyiv, the Emergencies Ministry opened ten heating points, and about 150 people have already asked for help.
