Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to take comprehensive measures to help injured due to the explosion, which occurred in the multi-storey building in Kharkiv on December 16, the press service of the head of state reports.
According to his instruction, the law enforcement authorities must conduct a prompt and complete investigation of all the circumstances of the incident.
The President has also instructed the Kharkiv Regional State Administration to provide the injured people with appropriate treatment and support the people remaining homeless due to the explosion.
