Ukraine can simultaneously interact with both the Customs Union and the European Union, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov told an interview with Ukrainian TV channel.
According to him, Ukraine is promoting relations with the EU now. At the same time, he stressed that the movement in the direction of the Customs Union meets Ukrainian national interests, as the Customs Union countries are one of the largest trading partners of Ukraine.
The Prime Minister said once again that the Customs Union works with over a third of turnover of Ukraine, "and this fact makes us to find a consensus and to join separate its treties, if necessary."
