The Healthcare Ministry expects the transplantation bill to be submitted for consideration to the Parliament till 2013, deputy healthcare minister Oleksandr Tolstanov said.
In the course of the round table discussion on current issues of transplantation in Ukraine, Tolstanov noted that as of today this bill is not submitted to the Parliament and it will be submitted only after the public hearing, if they will result in an approval.
In addition, accused the media of distorting the facts about the planned changes in the law on transplantation.
