Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has congratulated speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak, first deputy speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ihor Kaletnik and deputy speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Koshulynsky on election to the posts, the President’s press service informs.
"I believe that the efforts of the Parliament will be aimed at further strengthening cooperation between the legislative and executive branches of the government, which will allow to successfully implement the economic reforms in Ukraine, to raise social living standards of our citizens," the address of the President reads.
The President has wished the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada and all MPs to work constructively for the benefit of the Ukrainian people.
