Five factions are registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 7th convocation, member of the temporary presidium of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Yefremov said, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The Party of Regions parliamentary faction has been registered. It includes 210 MPs. The head of the faction is Oleksandr Yefremov, first deputy - Mykhailo Chechetov. The Batkivshchyna parliamentary faction has 99 people. The head of the faction is Arseniy Yatseniuk, deputy head faction is Serhiy Sobolev," he said.
According to Yefremov, "the UDAR Party faction has 42 MPs. The head of the faction is Vitali Klitschko, his deputies - Vitaliy Kovalchuk and Viktor Pynzenyk.
The Svoboda faction consists of 37 MPs. The head of the faction is Oleh Tyahnybok, his deputy - Andriy Mohnik. The CPU faction has 33 MPs. The faction leader is Petro Symonenko, the first deputy - Adam Martyniuk".
