MP from the Party of Regions, acting deputy Prime Minister and minister of social policy Serhiy Tihipko considers the draft budget for 2013 to be weak for Ukraine, he told journalists on the sidelines of the Parliament.
"Countries in the whole world criticize their budgets. But this year's budget is weak for Ukraine," Tihipko said.
According to him, it happened because the government reinsured in the case of crisis, especially for the first quarter.
"After the first quarter, it should be changed. But it is necessary to make decisions in order to change. These solutions are prepared. The Parliament should take these decisions quickly and continue to work," he said.
