We should not take any actions of an offshore country as purely illegal measures, chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine committee to combat unfair currency transactions Yuri Horshkov said during the hot line, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We have to understand that majority of the world financial companies work with offshore countries for various reasons. So it would be wrong to say that it is necessary to disable or completely remove the restrictions. I think that this issue requires a very detailed study," he said.
