Acting justice minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych said that Constitutional Court has to decide a fate of the Communist Party faction in the new Parliament, he told reporters before a meeting of the preparatory parliamentary group, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the Constitutional Court should consider the legislation on creation of the factions. "I think it's an issue of the Constitutional Court. Because if we take a system of interpretation, it could be different," he concluded.
