Preparatory group to consider issue of parliamentary committees tomorrow

Preparatory group has failed to consider an issue of parliamentary committees today.

As ForUm correspondent reports, a final approval of number, name and function of parliamentary committees is scheduled for tomorrow's meeting.

Head of the preparatory group Volodymyr Lytvyn instructed a specialized subgroup to complete this issue today.

Deputy of the Party of Regions Volodymyr Makeyenko explained ForUm correspondent that the specialized subgroup should finalize a number and names of the committees. And they will be finally determined after December 12, when the new Parliament starts working.

Meanwhile, head of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing that as of today, there are 27 committees and one commission. He also suggested to combine some committees.
