The Party of Regions representatives do not understand why the opposition is against the approved scheme of seating in the session hall, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

"We’ve made a compromise, giving the seats, which originally were meant for us, to the self-nominees. So if someone is offended, then perhaps people do not fully understand our actions, he said.
Yefremov also noted that it is not of crucial importance for the Party of Regions that the opposition factions should sit in the end of the hall.

"For us, the issue of crucial importance is to seat people, who came to work in the Parliament, compactly. If someone wants to break it by his vision of seating in the hall, of course we oppose.
According to the decision made by us, the self-nominated MPs will sit in front, the communists - on the left, the UDAR party – on the right, and we, the Fatherland and the Freedom will be sitting a little further," he said.
