As of today, the main task of the Kyiv authorities is a liberalization of existing capacity, but we can not fully solve the issues on implementation of the capital programs without adjustment of relationship between the city and the state budget, chairman of the KCSA Oleksandr Popov said during an expanded meeting of the board of the KCSA, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to the head of the KCSA, one billion 300 million hryvnia, allocated by the state budget, are not enough to implement the investment programs, as the city has big plans on reconstruction of schools and pre-schools, construction of underground stations and housing under mortgage program and so etc.

He suggested that the government may have to increase taxes on land rent due to such situation.
