Opposition not happy with its seats in the parliament session hall

The issue of individual seats of MPs must be considered an approved until Monday, so the parliamentary services can prepare the hall for orientation session. The MPs gathered in the afternoon to learn their seats and new voting system.

However, newly elected MP from "Batkivshchyna" Mykola Matrynenko declared that the opposition did not agree with the distribution of seats among MPs. "Batkivshchyna faction does not agree. We believe the distribution of seats is unfair and has been done without our consent."

Martynenko also rebelled against the distribution of seats for the All-Ukrainian Union "Freedom". "Why did Communists take comfortable places at the right side, and "Freedom" faction was sent to the corner under balconies? Why did the Party of Regions take the best places?" he said.

The MP proposed to seek a compromise and to discuss this issue again tomorrow afternoon.
In his turn, MP Valentyn Matveyev said that yesterday "Batkivshchyna MP Ivan Kyrylenko submitted the plan of seats made by the faction and it was taken into account.

The distribution of seats among factions and MPs will be considered tomorrow and approved on Monday morning.
