It is the newly elected Parliament, who is going to decide on applying the rules of the personal voting, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"It is the newly elected Parliament, its speaker and the new regulatory committee, who are going to resolve this issue. It is too early to speak now how everything will be organized in practice, as we do not know the point of view of almost two-thirds of the Parliament," he said.
At the same time, Yefremov believes that the problem of voting for "someone" can be solved reducing the time allowed for voting.
