Today, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider the draft budget for 2013.
As ForUm correspondent reports, this document is the first issue on the agenda of the Parliament. The speakers should be the head of the Parliament’s committee on budget Valery Baranov and deputy finance minister Anatoly Myarkovskiy.
After reviewing the draft budget, MPs plan to adopt a resolution on the Parliament’s Prize to most talented young researchers in the field of basic and applied research, scientific and technological development for the year 2012, and the appointment of scholarships for the most talented young scientists in 2013.
In addition, the agenda includes two bills, which the Parliament must consider in the second reading: on amendments to some legislative acts on the further improvement of the administration of taxes and fees; № 11 285 on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the further improvement administration of taxes and fees. Speaker is the head of Parliament’s committee on finance, banking, tax and customs policy Vitaly Homutynnik.
MPs consider all the issues on the agenda, the 11th session of the Verkhovna Rada of the sixth convocation will be closed.
