The MPs have adopted the changes to the state budget for 2012, after which the Verkhovna Rada speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn closed the session, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The morning session is closed. Starting from 4 p.m. the deputies work in the committees," the speaker said.
