The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the status of "acting" has the right to submit the draft state budget 2013, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told ForUm, commenting on statement of the opposition.
"When opposition makes such statements, you need to ask where it is written that the Cabinet does not have the right to submit draft budget. The draft shall be submitted by the government, even though its current status is "acting". The document will be submitted to the session hall and as soon as Parliament accepts the budget for consideration, this is the document of the Parliament," he said.
In addition, he said that the parliamentarians have two more days to examine and work on the document. According to Yefremov, passing the budget by the Parliament of the sixth convocation "will depend on the vote in the session hall".
"I never say, running before the hounds. If MPs vote, then the budget will be adopted," - he said.
