302 settlements in 14 regions of Ukraine were left without electricity due to adverse weather conditions, high winds, sleet and rain, during December 3 and at night of December 4.

According to the Emergencies Ministry, bad weather caused blackouts in 86 towns and villages in Kherson region, 43 in Kyiv region, 33 - in Dnipropetrovsk region, 30 - in Poltava region, 29 - in Odesa region, 25 - in Zaporizhia region, 12 - in Chernihiv region, and 11 - in Vinnytsia region.

In addition, blackouts were caused in eight towns and villages in Mykolaiv region, six in each Zhytomyr and Luhansk regions, five in Kirovohrad region, and four in each Cherkasy and Volyn regions.

Power crews are restoring electricity supplies in the regions, the Emergencies Ministry press service informed.
