According to preliminary information, 28 parliamentary committees will work in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the seventh convocation, head of the relevant subgroup Yuri Rybak said during the meeting of the working group to prepare the first session of the newly elected Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, 13 committees are offered to give to the opposition, and 15 - to leave to the parliamentary majority.
Rybak also noted that the decision on the committees will be made tomorrow, after consultations with all the political forces in the newly elected Parliament.
Currently the Verkhovna Rada has 26 committees.
