Opposition representatives left the meeting of the working group to prepare the first session of the newly elected Parliament in protest against refusal of the priority consideration of personal vote of MPs, ForUm correspondent reports.

As the representative of the All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland" (Batkivshchyna) Vyacheslav Kyrylenko said, after a draft resolution on implementation of the Rada-3 system had not been supported, the MPs of the sixth convocation registered a draft law.

In turn, another representative of the Fatherland Andriy Kozhemyakin added that the opposition demands this issue to be first to consider at the Parliament’s session.

The head of the preparatory group, Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn said that the priority is consideration of the technical and organizational issues. "This is a settlement of the deputies in the hotel," he said and added that MPS will be settled in the Kyiv hotel, not apartments. "There are no apartments, and there will be no apartments in the near future," Lytvyn assured.

Also, according to him, the agenda of the meeting of the preparatory group includes the issue of MPs sitting in the session hall, familiarization with the workplace and functioning of the Rada voting system. "The third issue is the election of management of the subgroups, including the group responsible for ensuring the personal vote in the hall. The Fatherland representatives have been proposed to lead it," he said.

As a result, the opposition has not support such an agenda and left the meeting. The remaining MPs approved it.
