Acting Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has thanked the government members for their work, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports.
"I thank the members of the Cabinet for their work, which under the world economic crisis helped to stabilize the social and economic situation in Ukraine, strengthen state funds, develop the home market and improve social standards," he said.
Azarov also stressed that the ministers will keep carrying out their duties until the appointment of the new government.
"We have to do everything to ensure that plans for social and economic development of the state are fulfilled thoroughly, and all systems of the state authorities are functioning perfectly," Azarov noted.
