The future of the banking system is the development of e-payment and e-banking in general, analyst of the Independent Association of Ukrainian Banks, director of the Ukrainian credit rating agency methodology development department Diliara Mustafayeva said during the round table "Ukraine’s banking system 2013", ForUm correspondent reports.
"It is clear that lending occupies a special place, but, in principle, now when there are not enough resources for the full credit, insufficient effective demand, service for individual customers should be developed and improved," she said.
According to the analyst, most Ukrainian banks are intensively developing e-banking. It not only enhances the level of service, convenience for customers, but also minimizes expenses on staff, bank branches, etc.
The Independent Association of Ukrainian Banks representative stressed that by developing of e-banking and e-payments, Ukrainian financial institutions stimulates not only the development of the service, but also bring economy out of the shadows.
