"There will be no such opportunity. Speculators are provided with administrative liability for exchange and with criminal for tax evasion in a large scale. This bill also has surprises for the speculators," he said without specifying what kind of responsibility is provided for speculators.
In addition, he reminded that the introduction of passporting of foreign exchange had also negative predictions.
