223 MPs of the Parliament of seventh convocation have filed written applications for membership in the Party of Regions, the PR faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov has said, ForUm correspondent reports.
Yefremov has denied rumors that some members have been allegedly pressured to enter the group.
In addition, Yefremov also said that he is waiting constructive work from the new convocation. "For the people, entered the Parliament, not only receive salary and leave just three people to work on bills, but do work, preparing something constructive," he stressed.
