The Central Regional Court of Mykolaiv on Tuesday passed a sentence regarding a criminal case on the rape and murder of teenager Oksana Makar.
The court sentenced Yevhen Krasnoschok to life imprisonment, Maksym Prysiazhniuk – to fifteen years in prison, and Artem Pohosian – to fourteen years in prison.
When the decision was announced and people began to leave the courtroom, one of the journalists asked the defendant: "Do you think that the court made the right decision?". Krasnoshchek answered: "No, I don’t".
