Ukraine plans to sign the agreement to cancel the collection of vehicle recycling tax with the Russian Federation on November 28, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said during session of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.

"Moscow put the question as follows: "We are ready to sign agreement on mutual non-use if you pass adequate law". It implies, obviously, the same law, as in Russia, so we have to put our importers in the same conditions as the Russians do. In this case, they are ready to sign the agreement," he said.

The PM added that Russia had unilaterally introduced vehicle recycling tax, which caused damage to Ukraine.

"We had to start negotiations on a mutual non-use, which is now close to completion," Azarov concluded.
