Ukraine deserves to get a visa-free regime with the European Union before the Russian Federation, FM spokesman of Ukraine Oleksandr Dikusarov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We consider that both Ukrainian and Russian people deserve to receive a visa-free regime with the EU. We deserve this," he said.
According to him, Ukraine has proved its intention to become a full member of the European community.
