A consortium of investors for the construction of LNG-terminal in Ukraine is open, head of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine Vladyslav Kaskiv has said, ForUm correspondent reports.

"The consortium of investors is open, it can be formed with a larger number of companies. There is a leader - Spanish company Enagas S.A.," he has said and added that 93% of funds for the LNG-terminal project implementation will be received from investors and 7% will be of state funds.

According to Kaskiv, currently the entire states want to enter the consortium.

"There are applications, not from companies only, but also from the neighboring countries of Ukraine," he said.

The head of the State Agency has noted that the negotiations are held with the companies representing North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. At the same time, he has not named the companies, having referred to confidentiality agreement.
