The Kyivsky district court of Kharkiv postponed hearing of criminal case against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko in abuse as the head of the Unified Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) until December 18.
The corresponding judgment has been read out at the hearing by the presiding judge Kostyantyn Sadovski.
"The court considers impossible to hear the case in the absence of Tymoshenko and her defender Yevhenia Tymoshenko," Sadovski said.
The Court decided to postpone the hearing until December 18, 2012, 10:00 a.m.
Then Sadovski closed the meeting. The court session lasted about 15 minutes.
