Ukrainian roads are worn out by 70%, head of the Road Safety Association Michael Berlin told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Ukraine has 170 thousand kilometers of roads, and they are worn out by 70%," he noted.
That is a conclusion of Berlin and other members of the independent audit of Ukrainian roads after a five-day rally, the purpose of which was to check the domestic roads.
According to one of the car owners, even a new road Kyiv-Chop deserves a maximum of eight points out of ten.
