Justice minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych believes that ministers should not write a notice of resignation due to the election as MPs of the Verkhovna Rada, he told reporters before the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.

"Have you read a book, which is called the Constitution? It says that it is impossible to combine a parliamentary mandate with other work except for teaching or creative work. The head of state has a right to appoint members of the government by the Prime Minister and dismiss them without any notices," Lavrynovych said.
