
The Verkhovna Rada passed the law of Ukraine on amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on state duty regarding the rates for the state registration of real rights to immovable property, with effect from January 1, 2013.
As ForUm correspondent reports, 233 MPs voted for this decision.
In particular, the law provides for that the state duty shall be charged for state registration of title to real property, for the state registration of other real rights to immovable property.
State registration of ownership of the real estate will be charged a fee of seven non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and the state registration of another right to immovable property - three tax-free minimum incomes.
