The last meeting of the sixth convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will take place on December 4, speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Lytvyn told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

"Understanding the situation, having discussed it with faction leaders, I suggested that tomorrow we work a full day, to extend the work to the end of the consideration of all issues and hold the last meeting on December 4," he said.

According to him, tomorrow MPs need to consider the bills initiated by the government, vetoed by the President, the ratification, the appointment and dismissal of judges, organizational resolutions.

"If there is a need for an additional meeting of the parliament, it can be held. If the Cabinet submits a draft state budget, the additional meeting may also be held. To hold the meeting, there should be a relevant offer from the two factions or five committees," Lytvyn said.
